A major bank needed help with an Active Directory Deployment. Data could not be compromised, and it was important that the bank's customers not be inconvenienced during the changeover. Ananke would need to balance the inherent disparity between user/business requirements and the technical limitations of varying applications needing to be migrated.
Ananke brought together partners, solutions and recommendations to help design, purchase and deploy the new solution for Active Directory and the replacement of the DNS environment throughout the bank.
The well organized and painless migration succeeded in meeting the bank's technical and business objectives.
A publicly traded, large, international entertainment company found themselves in a crisis situation when a cluster of critical servers that hosted their company payroll systems, crashed. After several days of unsuccessful troubleshooting and attempts to recover the data by several IT vendors (within the vendor's 9-5 support hours), the client asked Ananke to step in and take over the recovery process.
Within 4 hours, the servers were back online and functioning, and after 16 straight hours of support, the cluster of servers were fully functional and ready to run payroll the next morning.
Ananke did not have an existing relationship with this client, and nothing in writing to guarantee payment of said work, but seeing a company in dire need was all that our senior technician needed to see to pitch in and solve the problem. Within days, Ananke became their outsourced IT department.
"Ananke's involvement in the development of the Active Directory architecture was critical to the success of the project. They brought not only considerable expertise but also organization and structure to what was previously chaos.
The Ananke team has extensive knowledge of the Microsoft technologies and combines this with hard work and a positive attitude that means that they meet their commitments"

System Architect, EDS
"We had tried two independent designers, paid in advance, and both had failed to deliver anything remotely resembling a functional website. When we discovered Ananke, we thought it was time to go with a reputable company, that offered flexible options. They listened to what we needed, and designed a great layout. They made it very easy for tech-challenged people to understand, and it was one of the more simple things that I have done for my business. There are always there for technical support, and made the interactive features of updating the website easy. We have had positive feedback from customers, as well as from area businesses looking for a website. Ananke is always there when we need them for technical support, and we couldn't be happier with the way the website has helped our business."
